Thanksgiving Gratitude
(134)
I celebrate Thanksgiving every day of the year. Each morning brings a new opportunity to express gratitude. Yesterday is behind us, and tomorrow is uncertain, so I cherish each new day as a chance for a fresh start and personal growth.
This year's Thanksgiving feels especially meaningful as I've begun earning money doing what I've been passionate about for many years on social media. Initially, my posts about the places I visit were meant for my family and friends in Vietnam, with no ulterior motive. Writing down my thoughts every morning is both a hobby and a habit; it feels essential for me to live life to its fullest potential.
A few months ago, I completed an application process and provided tax information to Facebook as an independent contractor. Last night, I received my very first payment from Facebook Inc. It felt surreal! I'm ecstatic to be compensated for doing what I love without expecting anything in return. Next year, I'll be eligible to earn from YouTube as well.
In the past, I've received complaints about my frequent social media postings, but I've never let that deter me. I've always followed my heart, ensuring that my posts are either entertaining, educational, or inspirational. Not only do they uplift others, but they also motivate me to persevere through any challenges ahead.
This Thanksgiving, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to my family and friends who have provided me with a place to call home and unexpected financial support. Their love and generosity mean the world to me. Being a giver all my life, it's truly gratifying to be on the receiving end for a change. I'm incredibly happy and thankful.
The first three quarters of this year felt like a roller coaster ride, but I feel grounded now, stepping into the last quarter. I'm grateful for this peaceful time and eagerly anticipate the days when I'll get to see my Mom every morning and night. I hope to contribute to her improved health and bring sunshine into her life.
As always, I'm grateful for my family and cherished friends who have been part of my life's journey. Thank you, God, for granting me a meaningful life to live. Thank you! ♥️
