I had a difficult last customer which kept me on the phone over thirty minutes. He even asked for a supervisor, but I was able to take the call without getting help. Frankly speaking, I almost lost my cool. I Dealing with the sick and poor every day is not an easy task. Somedays are decent; others I was the one to get blamed for everything went wrong. Being a public servant requires a compassionate and understanding heart. It teaches me to be humbled and kind to others because
se there are so many lives out there struggling tenfold than me. I have to remind myself often to treat them like a human, not just another case number. ❤️
