I set my alarm at 6:15 a.m. this morning, but I didn't get out of my bed until 7:00 a.m. During the forty five minutes, I mediated, said my morning prayers , stretched and wrote five things I am thankful for today. It will be my routine each day. Sometimes, I get stress out for the things I don't have, but I forget to be thankful for everything I have. I have to remind myself each day that I had nothing when I arrived in America.
There were times I wrote that I were thankful for my health when I was not well. Of course, I didn't believe what I wrote or said, but I kept repeating that I was healthy. Finally, I believed in myself and I have been well shortly after I started writing my positive affirmations. Your mind is very powerful. It listens and obeys whatever you tell it what to do. ❤️
